What’s the engine?
Check if it has fuel and spark. They’re the two main things. Then compression (but I’ve never had an engine with an issue with that). Then check if it’s got spark at the right time.
You probably know all this, but it might help :)

If you need a EE to troubleshoot a no-start you may have overcomplicated the design.

It’s not that we can’t get it started, we can’t get it started and running with the ECU working properly and data acquisition we need for a successful test day.
